Abbey M. Barnhart, PA-C
Abbey Barnhart PA-C, is a Helena native who earned her BS at Montana State University and her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Idaho State University in 2012. She has been with Performance Injury Care and Sports Medicine since 2012, thus giving her extensive training and experience in musculoskeletal medicine.
She enjoys patients of all ages and is able to treat a broad range of conditions including arthritis, fractures, concussions. She has a passion for musculoskeletal ultrasound and integrates this into her practice to provide accurate and quality care for her patients. She is one of four providers in the state of Montana who holds an RMSK certification for diagnostic ultrasound. Abbey is a faculty member with a medical group that teaches diagnostic and ultrasound injection courses to medical providers across the nation.
She looks forward to evaluating each patient and educating them on the spectrum of treatment options for their injury/condition.
When not in the clinic, Abbey enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. They try to get as much camping, fishing, and hiking in as possible!
